Before investing in the Zoom, be sure to check out the CEntrance MixerFace 4R4 (built-in recorder) as well as the MixerFace 4R and MicPort Pro (half a MixerFace), which although they don’t have recorders built in, record directly to iPhone, Android, and tablets, as well as Mac and PC.

In the Zoom H6 Stereo XY Capsule you said you were holding the H6. How close were you talking to the microphone? It sounds amazing and I’m buying one to record impromptu street interviews. I’m sure I’ll have to buy a reporting microphone with good isolation, but I was impressed to hear that you were holding it in that recording.

On a rig like this, I would add a headphone amplifier to get sound to everyone. Something along these lines https://amzn.to/31cZZNv would do the trick. You would patch the headphone out from the H6 into the amplifier and everyone can plug their headphones into the amplifier, complete with individual volume so folks can monitor to taste.

In reply to Zaid. Word to the wise as someone who used to work for the company that owns Guitar Center: they price match if you can find it cheaper on Amazon/etc. They obviously won't price match for used items, but it's still handy when you find it somewhere else for cheaper.
