Because I was so afraid to use them in podcast I started using the audio recording on the iPhone and I cannot tell you how amazing it is!?

But I would like to use the microphones that I bought. Any idea why the quality sound would be so soft and not very audible?

If your iPhone has a lightning port, use the RØDE SC6-L instead, as that provides stereo mic inputs

My iPhone 6S is on it’s last legs and will need an upgrade soon.

Taking your idea one stage further, could I interview two or more guest with this equipment set up? If not, what would you propose?

I would be so worried about crosstalk, etc, plus not being able to edit each different vocal separately without a huge hassle to split the vocals. Any ideas here so welcome!
