On top of that, we're for anyone who wants to build something great around their podcast. That might be a creator business, to promote a cause or to make change in the world. If you've gone beyond the mere 'hobby' show, then you need a serious group of creators to support you.

Who this community isn’t for: if you’ve come here to promote or sell something rather than to learn, network and grow as a podcaster you might reconsider joining, our primary aim is to provide value to our community.

If you haven’t started or are just beginning, now is the perfect time to jump in the community to get the most from a shared experience with other podcasters. You’ll quickly learn what not to do in order to get your podcast off the ground.

It doesn't matter how far into your journey we are, we can always learn from others. Plus, we all hit our lulls... if you're in a period of content exhaustion, we can help you get back on the course and start taking action again.

As often as you like! For 4 minute feedback, we promise to reply within a few days, and we can do only one at a time. So you can either post one, get your reply then post the next. Or, you can post a few at once, and we'll work through them one by one, around 3 days at a time. Sometimes we'll be faster, too.

For the Q&A space, we aim to reply within 48 hours. And on this, we'll generally do it all at once. So if you post 10 questions all at the same time, we'll attempt to answer them all within 48 hours 😆

As a general rule, we aim to provide the best service we can, but we're only human, and have real lives too! So, common sense applies - we'll do our best to help you grow your show, and get far more value from the Academy than you've paid for 😊

The minimum term to really build momentum, in my experience, is 3 months. So if we're going to spend time with you, personally creating a plan, that's what we ask. And even better if you commit a full year.
